We only ship products via reliable and professional world-renowned carriers (DHL / UPS). axdoll.com is not responsible for any delays on the part of the carrier.
Once your product has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can monitor the delivery on the shipper's website.
When you order from axdoll.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information via email for the shipment of your order. You can select your preferred shipping method on the order information page during the checkout process. And, you will be able to track it directly on the shipping company's website or via your tracking number.
We will ship your order within 5-7 working days. We ship worldwide for free. Duties to any country are covered by axdoll. (UK, Norway, Canada, Switzerland require buyer's customs clearance)

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed to the time it is delivered to you. The total delivery time is divided into processing time and transit time.
Handling time. The time it takes to prepare your items for dispatch from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, carrying out quality checks, and packing them for dispatch. (This takes approximately 5-7 days)
Shipping time. The time it takes for your items to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
